Email

support@camila.live — for everything (account, billing, technical, abuse). Most tickets get a reply in under 4 hours; complex billing issues can take up to 24 hours.

For models

If you're a Camila model with a payout, profile, or content question, log in and use the ticket form inside your model dashboard — your account context is attached automatically and you'll get priority routing.

Report abuse

To report harassment, content that may not belong to its uploader, or suspected non-consensual material, email abuse@camila.live. We treat these with priority and respond within one hour, around the clock.

Law enforcement

For preservation requests, subpoenas, or other legal process, email legal@camila.live. Include the request as a signed PDF, the relevant case number, and the responding officer's contact details.
