Camila Protection is a bundled safety net we extend to every verified model on the platform. You're enrolled the moment you're approved — there's no opt-in, no extra fee, and no fine print that takes it back.

How to invoke each piece
Content takedown — Dashboard → Protection → Report content theft. Paste the URL where your content appears. We handle the rest.
Doxxing response — Dashboard → Protection → Doxxing report. Describe the disclosure and where it appeared. Response within 30 minutes regardless of time zone.
Trust escalation — Email model-trust@camila.live with details. The mailbox is read by the trust team directly, not general support; expect a real human reply within an hour.
Pause-the-stream — Button in the broadcast panel, labeled PAUSE. One-click. Ends the stream, drops viewers, optionally signals trust if you tag as urgent.
Therapy — Dashboard → Wellbeing → Therapy. Click through to Pineapple Support's intake form; we cover the assessment cost.
What's not included
We're transparent about limits.
- We can't do anything about content posted before you joined Camila — the takedown machinery only works on content originating from a Camila broadcast.
- We can't override another country's legal system. If you're in a jurisdiction where what we'd consider doxxing is legal speech, we're limited in what takedowns we can pursue locally.
- We don't provide physical security, transport, or in-person services.
- We don't intervene in personal relationships off-platform — see Dating, connecting, and what Camila is — and isn't.
How we measure it
We publish a quarterly transparency report on the Camila Protection program — number of takedown requests, success rate, response times, threat-line escalations. Not anonymised down to identifying you, but enough to keep ourselves honest publicly. Available at camila.live/transparency.
Why we do this
Cam platforms have historically treated safety as an afterthought. We think it's the foundation. A platform that doesn't keep its models safe doesn't get to keep its models. Camila Protection is the explicit commitment that we'll spend money, staff time, and engineering effort on your wellbeing — not because regulators force us to, but because we believe it's how the work should be done.
