Tipping is the heartbeat of a Camila room. It's how you tell a model you're enjoying her show, how you trigger something on her tip menu, and how she earns most of her income. The mechanics are simple but worth knowing.
Sending a tip
In any room, click the Tip button (heart icon, bottom of chat). Enter an amount in CX, optionally add a short message, and confirm. The tip is processed instantly:
- Your CX balance is debited
- The model's earnings ledger is credited
- A tip animation appears above the video for everyone in the room
- A tip line appears in chat, with your message if you wrote one
- Any toys or sound effects connected to that amount fire automatically
If your CX is below the amount you tried to tip, the Get Tokens modal opens pre-filled with the smallest pack that covers it.
Tip menus
Most models have a tip menu pinned at the top of the chat. It's a list of "tip 25 = blow a kiss; tip 100 = song; tip 500 = put on heels" — actions she'll do on the spot when you tip exactly that amount. Tipping the listed amount triggers the action automatically; sending a different amount just sends the tip with no specific action.
Tip-menu amounts are the model's choice and can change in seconds — she might run a special during a slow hour or boost prices during a peak.
Surprise tips
A surprise tip is a randomised amount you set ahead of time — for example "between 25 and 100 CX, randomly". The model gets a tip animation that doesn't reveal the amount until she clicks to see it, so she can react genuinely to whatever lands. Many models love these and tip more often back into the room.
Recurring tips
If you want to set up an automatic tip every Friday at 9pm (for example, to support a model's weekly show), open her profile → Schedule → Set recurring tip. You can:
- Pick the day, time, and amount
- Pick which weeks to skip
- Pause or cancel any time
Recurring tips are still drawn from your CX balance, so you'll need to keep enough CX in the wallet. If your balance can't cover a scheduled tip, we send you a heads-up email 24 hours before and skip the tip if it's still under-funded at the time.
What happens to the CX
A portion goes to the model immediately as part of her earnings ledger; the rest is platform fee. The exact split depends on her tier. Tips are credited "pending" for a chargeback window — usually 14 days for card-funded CX, 24 hours for crypto-funded CX — and then move to "available" for her next payout.
Anonymous tipping
If you'd rather not show your username on the tip animation and chat line, toggle Tip anonymously in the tip dialog. The model still sees that someone tipped (and the amount), but the public room sees an anonymous tip with no username. Anonymous tipping costs the same as regular.
