Adding models under your studio

Once your studio account is approved, your dashboard shows a Roster tab. From there you onboard models in two ways.

Method 1 — invite a new applicant

For someone who isn't yet on Camila:

  1. Roster → Add model → Send invite
  2. Enter her email and (optionally) a personal note.
  3. We send her an invite link with your studio code embedded. Clicking it routes her into the model application flow under your studio automatically.
  4. She completes ID verification, 2257 paperwork, and signs both the Camila terms and the studio agreement (we present them in sequence so nothing is missed).
  5. Once approved by Camila, she appears in your roster.

The invite link is valid for 14 days; resend if it expires.

Method 2 — transfer an existing single model

For a model already broadcasting solo on Camila who wants to join your studio:

  1. Give her your studio code (visible in Studio → Identity → Studio code).
  2. She goes to Settings → Studio → Join a studio and enters the code.
  3. Camila notifies you for approval; you approve from your roster.
  4. Camila waits one weekly payout cycle (so any pending earnings clear cleanly to her old payout method) before completing the transfer.
  5. After the cycle, all subsequent earnings route to your studio's payout. Her profile, follows, earnings history, fan club, content shop — everything — moves with her.

Transfer is reversible only by the model, not the studio. She can leave your studio at any time and revert to single (or transfer to another studio) using the inverse flow.

What you can edit on a model's behalf

Studios can edit, with the model's consent flag set:

  • Profile photos and tags
  • Schedule and pricing within platform floors and ceilings
  • Tip menu defaults
  • Lovense connection (you can re-pair if she's having trouble)

Studios cannot edit:

  • Identity records (these are between Camila and the model directly)
  • Tax information (the model files her own form even under a studio, because tax liability is hers)
  • 2FA settings
  • The contents of her DMs (these are end-to-end private)
  • Her personal account email or password

The edit-on-behalf flag is recorded in audit logs — every change a studio makes to a model's profile is timestamped and attributed.

Removing a model from your roster

Two ways:

  • Voluntary — the model initiates departure from her settings; you can speed it up by approving immediately.
  • Termination — you remove her from the roster. We notify her, give her 14 days to either re-route to single status or transfer to another studio, and continue paying her into a temporary single-model payout if she takes no action.

Either way, the model's account, profile, follows, and history stay with the model — never the studio.

Limits

  • A studio can hold up to 150 active models in the standard tier. Larger rosters require a partner agreement with Camila, which unlocks higher limits and dedicated infrastructure.
  • A model can belong to only one studio at a time.
  • Transfers between studios are limited to once every 90 days per model, to prevent gaming.
