Studio support and contracts

Studios get a dedicated support track. Tickets opened from the studio dashboard route to a small team familiar with multi-model operations and respond on a different SLA than general support.

The studio support SLA

The studio agreement

When you register a studio, you sign Camila's Studio Agreement. Highlights:

  • The studio is the merchant of record for its models' Camila earnings — Camila pays the studio; the studio pays its models under the studio's internal agreement.
  • The studio commits to running KYC and ID verification on all its models in addition to Camila's verification (defense in depth).
  • The studio commits to immediate removal of any model who appears coerced, trafficked, or under-age — and to reporting the incident to the relevant authorities and to Camila.
  • Payment processors require us to mandate that studios maintain at least one-year content records for each model, including when she joined and when she left.
  • The studio is responsible for tax filings to its own jurisdiction; Camila files for the studio.

The agreement is renegotiated annually unless either side terminates with 30 days' notice.

Model contract template

We provide a model-studio contract template in Settings → Contract templates. It covers:

  • Term and termination
  • Revenue split (default suggested: 70% model / 30% studio)
  • Per-model expense allocations (lighting, props, equipment provided by studio)
  • Schedule expectations
  • Content rights (the model retains ownership of her content; the studio gets a non-exclusive licence to promote)
  • Confidentiality
  • Dispute resolution

You can customise the template before sending it to a new model. The model signs digitally inside the application flow, and a copy is stored in both the studio's and the model's accounts.

If you have your own contract you'd rather use, upload it in the same place and we'll present that instead. We require any custom contract to include the same minimum protections (termination clause, dispute resolution, content ownership) — we'll flag during compliance review if anything's missing.

Roster transitions

If you sell or close the studio, your active models cannot be "transferred" automatically to a new owner — each model has to consent to remain under whatever the new entity is. We'll work with you on the handover; expect 30–60 days end-to-end.

Partner-tier studios

Studios with a sustained roster of 50+ active models, strong compliance record, and at least 2 years of operation can apply for Partner status. Partner studios get:

  • Direct phone support
  • A named account manager
  • Custom contract templates
  • Higher roster cap (up to 1,000 models)
  • Co-marketing opportunities
  • API access for roster automation
