Buying CX tokens

You can buy CX from anywhere on Camila — click Get Tokens in the header, on a model's profile, or inside a tip dialog.

The descriptor on your statement is CMLA*XCHATS (or similar neutral wording). It does not say Camila, cam, or anything that hints at adult content.

How a typical purchase looks

  1. Click Get Tokens.
  2. Pick a pack. The CX-per-currency rate is shown clearly.
  3. Pick a payment method. If it's a card, enter the number, expiry, and CVV. We don't store the full number — only a token issued by the processor.
  4. If your bank requires 3-D Secure, you'll be redirected for a one-time code. Approve that on your bank's app or page.
  5. CX lands in your wallet within seconds. Card and Apple/Google Pay are instant; crypto waits for the first network confirmation; bank transfers wait until funds clear.

Why was my card declined?

The most common reasons (in order):

  1. Bank blocked the merchant. Many banks decline first-time adult-related charges by default. Approve the transaction in your bank app, or call them and ask to whitelist the descriptor.
  2. 3-D Secure failed. Re-enter and wait for the SMS or push. Some banks rate-limit codes — try again in 10 minutes.
  3. Insufficient funds or over the limit. Check your available balance.
  4. Wrong CVV / expiry. A typo will fail every time.
  5. Card not enabled for online or international use. Check the card's settings in your bank app.

If none of those apply, try Apple/Google Pay (different processing path), or use crypto. As a last resort, contact support with the time of the attempt and the last four digits of the card.

Saving a card for next time

You can opt to save a card for one-click reorders. Saved cards are tokenised — we never see the full number. You can remove a saved card at any time from Settings → Payment methods.
