Camila has three viewer tiers — Visitor, Lover, and Soulmate — that you progress through as you spend CX. Higher tiers unlock more features, give you priority in chat queues, and signal to models that you're a serious viewer.
How you advance
Every CX you spend (tips, shows, toy commands, fan-club subs, premium content) earns level XP. The thresholds:

Levels are lifetime — once you reach a tier you keep it forever, even if you stop spending. A level you've earned is permanent recognition of your support.

Why we built this
The tier system answers a problem every cam platform has: regulars who tip thousands a month feel undifferentiated from someone who tips ten. We don't want a leaderboard culture — that's toxic — but we do want models to recognise their longtime supporters, and we want longtime supporters to get tangible benefits beyond bragging rights.
Tiers do all three: they nudge new viewers toward becoming regulars, they give regulars perks they actually use, and they let models see at a glance who's been with them.
How models see your tier
Your tier shows as a small badge next to your username in chat. Models can also filter their DM inbox by tier, so a Soulmate-tier message gets attention faster than an unverified one. None of your spend amounts are visible to models — just the tier.
Anonymity option
You can hide your tier badge in a specific room from the chat settings, or globally from Settings → Privacy → Show tier. Hiding doesn't remove your tier; you still get all the unlocks. It just doesn't display.
Resets and exceptions
Levels are lifetime. We don't reset them, ever. The only way you lose a tier is if your account is closed for ToS violation — in which case the level goes with the account.
If you've spent across multiple Camila accounts (for example, an old one you closed and a new one you opened), email support@camila.live and we can — in some cases — combine the lifetime spend if both accounts had the same verified identity.
