Chat etiquette and the rules that get you kicked

The chat in any Camila room is the model's space. She decides what's welcome — but the platform sets the floor that no one can go below.

What the model controls

Models (and their moderators) can:

  • Time out a viewer for a chosen duration (5 min, 15 min, 1 hour)
  • Ban a viewer permanently from her own room
  • Pin a message to the top
  • Switch on slow mode (one message every X seconds)
  • Delete a single message

These actions only affect that model's room. A timeout in one room doesn't affect any other room.

What Camila controls (platform-wide)

Some behaviour gets you actioned by Camila across every room. These are the lines:

  1. Anything involving someone under 18. Roleplay, asking, suggesting — instant permanent ban, account closed, account holder reported to law enforcement where applicable.
  2. Doxxing or threats. Sharing a model or viewer's real name, address, workplace, or making any threat to their safety. Permanent ban.
  3. Off-platform funnels. Asking a model for her Telegram, Snapchat, OnlyFans, contact details outside Camila, or trying to move payment off-platform. First time: warning. Second: 30-day ban. Third: permanent.
  4. Impersonation. Pretending to be Camila staff, another model, or someone famous. Permanent ban.
  5. Hate speech, slurs, and harassment campaigns. Anything targeting someone for who they are, including coordinated raids. Permanent ban.
  6. Scam advertising. Promising shows that aren't real, fake "premium" links, malware. Permanent ban.

If you witness any of the above, report it (right-click the message → Report, or abuse@camila.live). We respond within an hour, day or night.

Things that get you timed out, not banned

  • Spamming the same message over and over
  • Caps-lock screaming for an extended stretch
  • Demanding a free private (you'd be surprised how often this happens)
  • Critiquing the model's appearance unsolicited
  • Backseat moderating (telling other viewers what they can and can't say)

A timeout is the model saying "cool it for a minute". Don't take it personally — it's how she keeps the vibe of her room. After the timeout you're back in.

How to be a great viewer

  • Tip when you can, even small. It tells the model you're here.
  • Ask before going personal.
  • Read the room — if she's running a goal, contribute or stay quiet, don't derail.
  • Use the tip menu for actions, not the chat for demands.
  • Be funny if you can; if not, be kind.

The rooms that feel best to be in are the ones where viewers treat them like a real social space. Models remember regulars, and they perform differently for a crowd that respects them.
